Botetourt County enacts lighting ordinance

Botetourt County, Virginia has adopted a lighting ordinance (see p.25 Appendix C of the Roanoke regional outdoor lighting report) effective January 1, 2002. It draws from the IDA model ordinance and information sheets, so we were pleased to have those available as a resource. Botetourt County is the county immediately north of Roanoke, VA.
